HOA Review was created in order to provide a common location for residents of a community and future residents to read reviews of communities written by other members. The intent is to help bridge the gap between those living in a community and the association that controls the community. HOA Review will place power in the hands of people that may not be willing to speak up in a meeting, but may be willing to participate in an online medium.
