Our Mission

HOAReview.com exists because buying a home inside an HOA community is one of the most significant financial decisions a person can make. Yet the quality, governance, and culture of that HOA is almost impossible to assess from the outside.

We built HOAReview.com to fix that. We aggregate public state registry data, geocoding, and verified resident reviews into a single platform so prospective buyers, current residents, and real estate professionals can make informed decisions before signing a contract.

Our Data Sources

HOA profile data is sourced from publicly available state Secretary of State filings, IRS Business Master File records, and geocoding services. This data is updated periodically as new filings are processed. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information obtained from these sources.
